Visions at Orlando West Community Development District
Visions at Orlando West Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended and established on August 23, 2023 by the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners, Ordinance No. 2023-37 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.
Visions at Orlando West CDD encompasses an area of approximately 36.55 acres, generally located north of Osceola Polk Line Road, east of Sullivan Road, south of Forehand Road and Budd Road and west of 21 Palms RV Resort within Osceola County, Florida.
Visions at Orlando West CDD expects to plan establish, acquire, construct or reconstruct, enlarge or extend, equip, operate, and maintain additional systems and facilities.

Visions at Orlando West Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended and established on August 23, 2023 by the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners, Ordinance No. 2023-37 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.
Consent is given to the District to finance, fund, plan, establish, acquire, construct, reconstruct, enlarge or extend, operate and maintain systems and facilities for parks and facilities for indoor and outdoor recreational, cultural and educational uses and for security, all as authorized and described by Section 190.012(2)(a) and (2)(d), Florida Statutes (2022).
